Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of pest control services provided by Pinnacle Pest Management LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the client ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By scheduling or receiving services from Pinnacle Pest Management LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We provide residential, commercial, and industrial pest management services throughout Connecticut, including treatment and prevention for ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders, termites, moths, bees, and other common pests.
Customized eco-friendly solutions are available upon request.
2. Service Appointments

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date.

Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Service times are approximate; delays may occur due to weather or other operational factors.
3. Payments and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Late payments beyond 15 days will incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
4. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a limited guarantee on certain treatments (e.g., 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day warranties depending on service).

The warranty may be voided if the customer fails to follow preparation or sanitation guidelines.

Retreatments during the warranty period are provided at no extra charge if the infestation persists.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Follow any preparation or post-treatment instructions provided.

Disclose any known allergies, health conditions, or pets in the household.

Avoid treated areas until it is safe as advised by our technicians.
6. Health and Safety

We use products registered with the EPA and compliant with Connecticut pest control regulations.

Our eco-friendly treatments are pet- and child-conscious, but safety precautions must still be followed.
7. Limitations of Liability

Pinnacle Pest Management LLC is not liable for any damage to personal property unless due to negligence or misconduct by our technicians.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost income due to rescheduling or treatment failure beyond the terms of the warranty.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 10 days' written notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny service due to safety concerns, nonpayment, or abusive behavior.
9. Privacy and Data Use
We collect customer data (e.g., name, address, service history) strictly for scheduling, billing, and service delivery.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website or provided upon request.
